Woman Charged With Violating Protective Order In Greenwich

A Bedford woman surrendered to Greenwich Police for allegedly violating a protective order.

Carmen Santos, 45, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 21, after turning herself in at Greenwich Police headquarters, said Greenwich Police.

Santos allegedly contacted the victim in violation of a protective order, police said.

She was released on a $25,000 bond.
